    Went to this washer today.

    Whatever programme you select the pump runs for a couple of seconds then nothing.

    Did a diagnostic test. The left light flashed 4 times the right 5.

    Wasn’t sure if that was E41 or E45 but both errors point to the door interlock. I tried changing the interlock but the same problem occured.

    Anbody come accross this problem?

    If there was an issue with the interlock then the door wouldn’t lock and the programme wouldn’t start. Beyond that, a careful check of motor and heater a priority I reckon. 🙂

    1st things to try:- Either damp – condensation on plastic brush holders (what’s weather been like where you are lately?), or motor or element below 40 megohm IR.
