ParticipantDrier is turning on normally then after about 20 secs gives a beep, momentarily stops then starts running again with the power light flashing rapidly and the following lights blinking around once per sec – from left : time delay, alarm and empty water. The only light not flashing is the high heat light. If the drier is left to run in this state it continues to run but doesnt appear to get warm.
Any assistance appreciated, thanks.

Always best to give the flashing lights by number from top to bottom or left to right.
Your error message is F13
Rear NTC open or short circuit.

Could you please also advise where this part is located inside the drier?
Thanks.

Err, at the rear, behind the small back panel.
The thermostats and NTC should be changed as a complete kit, two different types, one with a white NTC and one black.
I would also remove the condensor from the bottom of the machine at the front. This should be cleaned out every week or so, if it is badly clogged up then that will lead to stat/ntc failure.Be sure to remove the mains plug before removing any panels.

Ok we have taken the back off today, the 2 outer devices are black and the center one is white.
What would I actually be asking for as a replacement would it be called a rear NTC kit?
Also, are the 2 outer black devices the same, ie : does it matter which way around they go?Many thanks.
