I have a Bosch WTE6920GB/04 condenser/dryer. It is heating as normal but not collecting the water in the compartment. I have cleaned the entire machine, cleared the water runway from the condenser and cleared the filter and condenser.I have discovered that the pump stops working after approx 30 seconds when started. I have replaced the pump. There is also a float switch which can cut off the pump when the water level rises but I have replaced it also. I have also renewed the capacitor but still the same problem. Anyone any ideas?

Hold up :hmm: When the water level in the float chamber rises the pump should turn ON and not the other way around. 😕 The pump then drains the water up to the water container, the level in the float chamber falls and the pump switches off…!
Ah,OK that explains that! Any ideas why there is no water collecting in the tank? I have tried running the machine with the float switch “pressed” but it still cuts out after approx 30 seconds?
