    Hi all
    Am after a top oven selector knob and the indicator dial which is behind the glass panel (RHS end of facia). Someone has seen fit to lose the little metal insert in the knob, fit a makeshift one out of thicker metal and pushed it on so hard it pushed the selector switch out of the clips on the front facia panel, cracking the bush that shows the element selection. Numbers are:
    Competence 52381 B-M
    PNC 944183016
    S/No 93005618
    Type 56EKH43GD

    How much and how long will it take to arrive?

    P/nos are:
    Knob – 8996611947-17/8
    Disc – 8996613911-85/9

    Didn’t come up on any of the wholesalers sites, so presumably special order.

    Chris, do you know if the disc with the symbols on comes complete/attached with the bush that slides onto the shaft? What i mean is its not just a piece of paper?

    Si,
    The diagram shows three parts – the knob, the circular inner indicator disc (“scale disc” – so presumably printed) and a larger circular fitting called the reflector, which would appear to surround the whole sheebang.

    You may wish to torment your customer by pointing out that the knob insert is available as a spare as well – 8896613013-00/3. 🙄

    Been down to local supplier to see exploded view to clarify. Shown on electrolux website it appears that the insert that slides onto shaft is no longer available? is this the case with yours Chris?

    Si,
    I’ve listed off all four of the parts relating to the knob assembly – as far as the TDS system is concerned they all appear to be valid part numbers.

    Perhaps Dave C or one of the Service force lads could double check for you in the morning?

    Yep, correct Simon.

    8996613911-85/9 (the indicator) is now obsolete.
