    It is that time of the year again for renewing subs, the invoices have gone out in todays mail, if you do not receive your renewal invoice within the next few weeks can you please let me know.
    Also, if you pay by BACS could you make sure you use your WTA number or company name as a reference please, so i know who the payment is from. 😉

    Hi Ally,

    Yes you can pay by Paypal just click the online renewal link on the Whitegoods Trade Association website.

    I will email you a copy of your invoice so you have it. 😉

    Just noticed this thread, I only received my letter a couple of weeks ago, have been busy but “the cheque is in the post” 🙂

    Statements have gone out today for those i haven’t received a payment from yet. If you did not receive the invoice could you please PM me your WTA number or your company name and email address, so i can send you a copy.

    Hi Tracey, can you tell me what is happening regarding renewal certificates and receipts. I paid my renewal on 24/09/2012 by BACS but have had no receipt or renewal documents. I have contacted WTA before and was told that there had been a delay and it would be dealt with soon. That was months ago.

    Firstly apologies for Delay ,We looked at the way in which we produced the certificates ,i.e electronically,hard copy and post ,during that process we tried various styles to varying degrees of success ,we have now landed on posted hard copies which are being processed now ,apologies for not communicating this more clearly.

    Hi Guys,

    That time of year again, all the invoice renewals will go out in tonight’s post, if you don’t receive it by the end of next week can you let me know please. 😉

    Also, can you please make sure you send us your public/employers liability insurance and Gas Safe certification (if applicable) as i have noticed some of these we have on record are now out of date.
