    Hi,

I have the following Liebherr table top fridge model:

Model No. KTPES 1750 INDEX 20E
    Service No. 9986817-05
    Appliance No. 42.851.898.9

The display is showing an F2 fault code and I have had an engineer (booked through this website) visit today to take a look. Although from my searching this appears to be an evaporator sensor fault code the engineer has said he can’t find any sensor on this model and that I will need a new PCB.

Does this sound correct? I just don’t want to spend £s if the new PCB doesn’t fix the issue and I assume a new PCB is more expensive than a new 9590142 Air Sensor kit!

There is indeed a sensor and, the very part number that you have identified.

To be fair it isn’t exactly obvious though.

Shown as 180 in the attached.

Thanks guys. It’s typical when you’re on a tight budget some appliance or car part has a habbit of going wrong! I was under the impression Liebherr was a quality make (it certainly cost a small fortune) but this problem is only after 3.5 years of operation.

To be fair, I suspect that’s more bad luck than anything else as Liebherr stuff is very, very good.
