    Good afternoon all,

    Wondering if anyone can offer any advise on the above problem?

    No water is entering m/c, so tested water supply, (fine)and inlet valve electrically which gave a good ohms reading.

    However, suspected solenoid faulty, and confirmed power reaching valve.

    Therefore, renewed suspect valve… and same problem.

    As not much experience on dishwashers, should I now be checking matrix area?

    Any help appreciated.

    Check out the jug impeller…the small round plastic part,that’s the first thing after the water feed valve… If that’s ok,mother check out the matrix..

    Mother, is what my iPad, decided was the word I wanted to put!

    No IPad! The word I wanted to put was “then”

    After first checking the inlet valve is in fact opening correctly to feed the water in!

    First place to look to be honest. This model doesn’t have an impeller jug by the way. Also the mechanical timer is a caution. 😉
