    hi can anyone tell me how to get this machine to go into diagnostic mode it refuses all attempts.

    If it refuses its probably got a faulty p.c.b

    the machine works ok but wont dry i am sure i am just not doing it properly.

    Could you perhaps elaborate more on what exactly is the dryer issue/s?

    its not drying fan motor ok heating elements ok for continuity thermostats ok
    solenoids ok if i could get it into the diagnostics i could get a fault code.

    Accessing diagnostics is described in the ‘Known Error Codes’ thread.

    Have you cleaned out the condenser?
    Checked the bottom NTC leads aren’t broken?
    Is the water flowing through the condenser OK?
    Drain pump running?

    the machine has an on off button and a dial the known error code
    thread is not clear how to put that version into diagnostics.
    i had the condenser off and checked the ntc wires.
