    Hi guys

Just been to the above machine, with no spin fault..

Brushes and tacho checked out fine,so ran the self test mode
On this the spin works fine! as does everything else!

Am i right in thinking that the self test does not use the voltage from the tacho, and therefore it will spin on self test?

Am goin back tommorow to try a new tacho, before replacing the board i guess.

The only thing i didnt check were the wires goin up to the board from the tacho connections on the motor connector

    Any ideas welcome?

When you say no spin, do you mean it washes but doesn’t spin?
Unbalanced load is the main reason for no spin i’m sure you are aware of this.
Have had problems with poor contact of the brushes on Beko motors, may be an idea to change brushes & use comm stick.
Also have seen them go to full spin immediately with tacho faults rather than no spin.

Yes washes fine , just no spin..customer didnt have enough clothes for me to try a full load..
Cleaned the comm up, but still the same

Have heard that these machines wont spin at all if empty?
And also As mentioned in my first posting, it spins during a self test, no problems
