Changed pump? According to the known error codes 1-2-3 is a water turbine (impellor) fault. 😕

Iadom to my knowledge is a water turbine impeller just another name for a wash pump or part of it?
Thanks madangler1,February 19, 2013 at 8:59 am #390421iadom

No, the water turbine, which is known as an impellor jug on Bosch machines and is used on several makes. It seems to cause most problems on Bosch and Whirlpool from my experience. I have seen them in BSH washing machines as well as the large Whirlpool washers.
It is literally a small turbine situated just after the inlet valve, as the water enters it turns and generates a signal to the pcb to control the amount of water and monitor the flow.
On the Bosch machines it is a separate part but on the Indesit/Hotpoint and also the Whirlpool it is built into the plastic, water inlet chamber.
THIS is the common Hotpoint/Indesit one that fits your model. You can see the small turbine, bottom right in that picture.
