    Hi
I went to look at a Neff microwave, model B6774 N0GB because the customer was having problems with some of the buttons on the facia panel.

I ordered a new one from Connect and fitted it. When I tested it, I got the message E10 MW fault.

What I did notice was the packaging on the new board had been opened prior to me receiving it.

I refitted the original board but still had the same error message.

I`ve searched on the internet and it has been suggested it may be a blown fuse.

If so, why would the fuse blow because of changing the facia panel, unless its faulty.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Type E10 in the search box and the answer you are looking for is there! 😉
