Hi, have just fitted a new heat pump to this dishwasher (fault no heat)
still have same fault , the new part came with a wiring conversion kit.
what I am asking is if anyone has changed one of these and still may have the (original leads) to (heat pump only) so I can to refit original part.
    Thanks John.

if you can help please contact me. email ableappliances@gmail.com

If the new pump was fitted because the old one didn’t work (assuming it was found to be faulty of course) then why bother fitting it back? Now the new one is in place, have you checked out the module to see if that too is at fault?

Martin, I must admit I wasn’t sure how to test the org heat pump, I metered the three pins across heater found circuit between two pins and o/c across three.
I assumed it was faulty, on testing new one it has same readings. !!
so now I assume a relays is faulty on pcb. no visual burns ect.
the customer has purchased a new d/w.
I have this one, hoping to send back the pump for refund, and refit the org one back and get emw to repair the pcb. to keep costs down
I may try and c/o relay from an scraped pcb. John

You can measure the heater resistance between terminals 2 & 3 (approx 10.5 ohm). Between terminals 3 & 4 (approx 10.5 ohm) and terminals 2 & 4 (approx 21 ohm). All 7 terminals are numbered from right to left by the way with the earth tag being number 1. (Terminals 5, 6 & 7 being the pump windings)

    HTH? 😀
