Evening All!
My washing machine seems to be poorly!
Noticed the dial spinning around with a full load.
So checked the filter and cleared out a couple of coins and thought problem solved!
Stuck the washing on a spin, the drum spun once and stopped and the dial started clicking. After looking on this website I concluded from the the flashing lights that the fault code is 2.
The drum spins freely enough and isn’t running erratic.
Tried different programs and it faults after a couple of minutes.
Two things I’ve not checked is does it spin both ways and I have not got the washing machine out to strip down and check the drum for any that could be slowing the drum down, but will do tomorrow.Not stripped a washing machine down, so any advice/tips would be greateful.

Found that drum is only rotating anti clockwise.
Can hear a relay switch when changing direction, but no movement.
I would of thought the motor should be ok as it is working in one direction.

Allsorts, it does fill, but then faults after spinning a couple of times anti-clockwise. It then pumps out the water, so that seems ok to me.
Cheers Johnnyj. Around £100 for the module (probably have to get it out to get the part no.), is there a way of testing it or any lights on the board to show its operation?
