The knob should just pull off the Selector Switch (1320507005)

I’ve no clue, I just looked it up in the manual for you that’s all. You may have to remove the fascia first in order to pull the knob off the selector switch I expect.

Had same on a Zanussi with board along fascia the other day. Had to remove board (tricky) and could not understand why knob shaft wasn’t engaging with switch on board. Turned out that at some time in the past the machine must have been dropped on its front (dents and scratches were visible) and the shaft of the knob had got pushed too far into the body of the knob so that it would no longer reach the board behind.
The knob was captive in the fascia so wasn’t able to pull it off until I’d got the board out. (Take your fine side cutters!)
