Bosch WAE24363GB05 F21 Motor fault

Went to this job today F21 Fault. Carbons well worn out and were replaced. Meggered the motor before refit. Refitted the motor and could not reset the board. Switched off turn to 6 o’clock hold the spin button and switch to 7 o’clock, then switch off, no joy with or without the motor plugged in. Can anybody confirm I have the reset procedure correct, and if I have which module needs to be replaced the power or the control?

try it with the door open.

did carbons on a 24364 today and tried quite a few times but it would not reset until i thought, hmmm try it with the door open 🙂
