    Good morning all,

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on a fault with the above appliance?

The m/c will run perfectly well for anything between 15-30 min’s before the Clean Filter, and Water Tank Full lights illuminate.

However, the filters are fine and the water tank/drawer is virtually empty.

The condenser is clean and clear, and I’m unsure as to what to test next.

    Best wishes,

    jonty

from what i can see this is a very simple dryer. no pump so gravity drain to tank
i assume you have checked water flow into tank in case valve is blocked

This is not a fault, every time a sensor program finishs it throws on the clean filter & empty water tank lights as a reminder to the customer to do this. Did you test the appliance with damp clothing, if there’s no damp clothing in it, it shuts off after 10 min’s or so, you can test it in timed drying & it shouldn’t go off till time has elapsed. Things to check are that the condenser is not blocked,if it is or was there can be excess moisture produced, this can cause the heater to get quite damp as there is poor air flow through it, shorting the NTC , causing funny readings, if down to earth it will sometimes trip electrics in house.
