    Good evening all,

Wondering if anyone can advise me with a problem on the above dishwasher, as I have no experience of working on these appliances?

The customer reported a fault with the upper drawer section of the machine; on a normal wash programme the m/c will start at let’s say 54 minutes, and countdown to about 26 minutes, before remaining on this time indefinitely.

This morning I confirmed that during the above cycle water enters, and the wash motor activates.

However, I ascertained that the water temp’ will not rise above tepid at best throughout the cycle.

The lower drawer works fine, and quickly reaches a far warmer temp’ thus I suspect a heater or thermistor problem relating to the upper drawer.

However, I would appreciate some advise/information on this appliance, as I appreciate the fault could also be electronic control/wiring/other related.

Unfortunately, no error codes are being displayed.

    Best wishes,

    jonty

Most likely the heater has failed. To confirm, test continuity through the heater.

Thanks for such a rapid response stratfordgirl!

    Will return, and test heater.

Do you know if the heater is reasonably accessible, or where I can obtain a wiring diagram?

    Kind regards,

    jonty

Turn drawer upside down to reveal all!
