Having an issue with a temp limiter for an AEG built in oven
    944185051 sn 44840564 mod B4101-4-m
Origional part no longer available so I get part no .3872079029, shorter leads and doesn’t operate until a much higher temp is reached.
    Anyone come across this?
    Could fit another brand

    Hi Spimps

Just replace the micro cut out if its no longer available. the temp is printed on the micro temp.

    Cheers,
It’s describes as a limite or cut out both on the list and on the part itself, it’s not a one shot toc type device it ‘s really a cut in as the cavity warms up it switches the cooling fan on which sits on top, the one supplied as replacement doesn’t switch the fan on until it gets much hotter than it did originally.
Didn’t see the original as a helpful friend had shorted it out so the fan was running constantly.
Seems to be the jobs when you follow someone else that are a pain!

    Hi Spimps

Then use a standard 50c N/O cooling fan control onto the oven internal cavity as all other manufacturers do.

If it cuts in early then better.
