ParticipantLight comes on and fan is running but oven doesnt heat up. The element at the top is not going red but not sure if this is just the grill or not ? Model Number is FCES6 G2P60C/01SR/SS (854188415010)
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

The element you need to look at is the one that surrounds the fan!

Not sure this one has a fan element, had one recently with the base element gone

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HDFrom the info I have I would say base element along with a combined top oven and grill element.
OP should be testing the top element with the power disconnected :zap:

Agree don. I expect one has been gone for a while
Have you noticed it has been taking a lot longer to heat recently

You have to take oven out

Yes, it does take a while to heat up, so could be both elements gone, whats the easiest way to check them ?

You need a multimeter. Some times it’s obvious by looking at them but you need to know what you’re doing

Didnt need the multimeter, both upper and lower elements were burnt out/broken ! parts with delivery are £120, so at 4 years old its not worth repairing. Wife doesnt use it much, what does anyone recommend for sub £150 ?
