    starts to fill for about 2 or 3 seconds then stops and inlet/ drain light flashes. checked base which is completely dry. drain pump works fine.

    any ideas on this problem please.

    Most likely the water counter/ flow meter magnet or reed switch is problematic.

    Also check the wiring from the flowmeter to the module.
    Have had a couple with the wires broken under the door
