Hi. Need a bit of info here. Start machine, door locks, pumps for approx 1-2 seconds then nothing. Display stays lit. Door stays locked.Remove mains plug. One of the relays on the pcb clicks. I then plug machine in and the door unlocks. Have tested for earth leakages, all ok. Any info appreciated.

Assuming the motor / connections are ok, then I’m sure it will be one of those software faults. There is a reset of the pressure switch around here somewhere that can work. This fault normally happens after a blockage / when the filter has been cleaned.

Thanks for the info. I did check motor/plug and was ok.
Will pop back and try the reset though. I did notice the kick plate had been removed so I,m thinking there may have been a blocked filter before hand.

You did check the brushes they can cause faults like that on arcadia machines.

Thanks for the inputs. Recalled this evening. Reset pressure system, no joy. Re-checked 3 phase motor, tacho (114 ohms) coil readings from the remain 3 tags were approx 3.5-3.8 ohms. EMW will be getting a call in the morning. Think it may be the transformer down. Will let you know the outcome.
