Does the dryer fan operate? Have you checked the terminal connections to the NatC on the bottom condenser hose?

Thanks Martin.
Yes the fan does operate
Not quite sure what you mean by NatC (what is NatC) on condenser hose Where is that in relation to facing front of machine
Please bear with me(80years with few marbles) the macine is closed up and used for wash only.
I am dependant upon my son visiting once a week to progress this
Please bear with me

Sorry for NatC, instead read NTC (iPad typo error) 🙁
The NTC (thermistor) is located in the bottom black rubber hose that connects to the condenser matrix on the right hand side.

Dunno to be honest from this remote location. There are no less than 2 t/stats and one NTC on the dryer heater box. One t/stat is a safety overheat/manual reset job the other a regular auto reset t/stat. And the one on the front is an NTC that monitors the hot airflow. The NTC below the condenser matrix measures the warm air flow.
I’ve no idea what caused the RCD to trip in the end, was it a faulty dryer element or what exactly?
