I set the machine up to start with a pre wash and wash programme which normaly takes 2 hr 15 minutes to complete, however after 10 minutes through the cycle the timer jumps ahead 1hr so w2hen the machine finally stops the washing is not washed correctly and is creased.Has anyone any idea what the problem is and whether the machine is repairable?.The Machine is 5 years old. Thanks for looking

The symptoms not indicative of any specific fault I’m afraid. An error detected is normally displayed in the window ( e.g F:15). In the absence of such an error code then it’s time to unplug it and take a look inside. Motors and Heaters are a caution and so on though you will need a good grounding in electrical knowhow and the relevant earth insulation test equipment to go ahead.

Good luck! ( oh, and you might like to double-check the models number (ENr) you gave us 😉 )
