we used to struggle fitting these door gaskets (old style zan with concrete weight around the front), but one of our engineers has just proved that he can do it very fast. we all doubted him, so he just done it with a time of 4 min 46 secs. thats the whole job complete ready for testing. does this impress anyone else or do we deduct his wages for wasting time? 🙂

If you buy an AEG washer-dryer door boot from eSpares they can show you how to do it in just 5 minutes….!!!?

Always wondered what the mains tester was used for 😉 and now it looks like I need to have a mate on hand. I also liked the way they cut the video with refitting the rear spring would have loved to hear them cursing and the omission when the air duct clip was refitted !

Easy, but 23 yrs of doin them.

New Beko seals similar and just as quick.

Funny someone in a certain company believed the bolt and nut they devised to hold the spring in place was genius, until someone fitted the seal, spring and front clamp in the time it took them to undo the nut & remove the door lock.

You only need a long screw driver through the door lock to keep the spring from sliding off.

Don’t mention the guys who use washing up liquid on the seals, there the real geniuses.
