    Hi all,

    Just picked up this washer “refurb” and been having a bit of a nightmare with it. Had to replace a couple of clamps on the waste pipe from the drum to the waste pump because they were leaking. Also had to clamp on what looks like a vacuum hose from the control panel to its connection point on the drum as this was also not connected.

    I tested it yesterday and managed to get a full cycle out of it. Today attempted to use it and it stopped mid cycle with error code 3 and wouldn’t drain. I removed the waste pump and cleaned the filter checked seals and re connected.

    Tested again with a little water drained ok.

    Now when I try and run any cycle I get error code 4 I believe this means it’s overfilled? This error comes up straight away even though the machine is empty?

    Any suggestions?

    The air chamber (integrated into the sealed tub) could be gunged up? That’s connected with a thin rubber pipe and goes to the pressure switch attached to the top frame. Has this machine been transported on its side or perhaps tipped upside down by any chance?

    Thanks for the quick reply. It has recently been moved but on a sack truck so shouldn’t have gone over 45 degrees really. I will check said tube now and feedback. Thanks.

    This is now sorted thank you for your help. Quick blow down the pipe and we are back in business.
