    The above does not fill with water. Is it likely to be a straight valve replacement or could it be something else ?
    Have checked water supply is ok.

    It’s a 12 yr old contraption so expect the worst. 😉
    Could be just the aqua valve or a blocked IWMS or pressure switch problems…?..?

    If the IWMS is blocked can I clean it out Martin ?

    I’ve never tried TBH. Best check it out first eh? See what gives when you go back. 💡

    You will not be able to clear the IWMS.

    Try resetting the valve first, sometimes this will work ok but if it locks out again then the IWMS will need replacing along with the valve.
    The IWMS comes complete with the valve

    Thanks Colin, this is a very soft water area so could I get away with valve only ?

    Possible and sometimes it will be OK,have you tried resetting valve yet ?

    Do you mean release the pressure by removing fill hose ? Yes I’ve tried that.

    Yes that’s correct, Have you got power to the valve and can you hear a faint hum from it, if so I would remove the valve and see if its actually letting water go into the IWMS.
