    Hi,
    1st time post & appreciate any help please?
    My washing machine had flashing lights, suggesting a drainage blockage?
    I’ve replace a kinked drain hose and tested the drain pump. Both now resolved. The water was very dirty, with lots of slimey sediment. Also, I’ve checked the waste sump and dried out water from the base/float micro switch. Water enters the drum on any cycle & drains. But, that’s about it!! No spin still!!!

    Check and clean out what may be a blocked air pressure chamber attached to the sump hose.
