    hi guys.

Changed a door seal on this machine then started a test sequance.

It started to fill then started to flash E13 and pumped out.

Door lock appeared ok but then started playing up.

Have fitted new lock which now works ok but E13 still in display.

    Any suggestions?.

    Thanks.

    Chris.

Could do with the 85 number as there are a few different machines with that model.
If it is the smeg built washer dryer then it will be low insulation on the dryer element

    Hi
It is a Smeg built machine.
I’ve disconnected the drier heater but the fault remains.
    Thanks

Have you checked for low insulation on the motor or wash heater

    To be honest no.

Previous to changing the door seal, this machine worked ok.

I’ve double and treble checked everything that was removed in changing door seal and all seems well.
I’ll go back and check insulation readings but it’s seems to me I’ve left something off but I can’t find anything.
    Thanks for your help.
    Chris
