    Hi,

    I’ve taken the covers off my machine and ordered another tension pulley wheel as it had failed.

    I would appreciate some help as to how I can remove old/fit new part. I don’t know how to remove the fan cover (I think that’s what it is) to give myself some access to remove the bolts. In its orginal postion there is very little space to work with.

    fan cover is just clicked in. you will need to prise where it locks but it should slip out
    after its out use pliers to remove the clip from the fan and ease it off

    you can then access bolts and remove pulley

    to replace only partly put in the furthest bolt, put belt over pulley and use it asd a lever to tention belt. then put the second bolt in and tighten both. spin drum by hand to straightan belt

    fan cover can be tricky to get back
