Bosch top draw moves?

    Hi all

    I have a customer that has a bosch sms40a02gb/3 fd 9109 and heres the steps to my problem

    1. start a program
    2. fills ok
    3. pumps water to the top and bottom spray arm fine but then the top rack moves to the door and now the water comes out from the tube connection at the back coz the rack has disconnected from it.

    i have change the spray arm and connection to it and its not that.

    so i’m trying to work out if its the Altern.water distributor or the pump thats making the rack move to the door?

    any ideas

    Have only ever had this fault once… The problem was that the dishwasher was not quite level

    Did you check that all the rotor holes were clear? as if not, there will be a build-up of pressure which will do what you are experiencing.

    There is a rear rail modification where a rail is fitted to the rear of the appliance which stops the rear wall from flexing , therefore ensuring a good connection between the top basket and rear connector.
