The main oven is not warming up. The fan at the back of the oven is working, and the light comes on, but no heat. Any suggestions. cooker only about 2/3 years old. Not great at DIY, but don’t want to fork out for someone to repair if it is an easy job. Thanks

It’s almost certainly the fan element that will have failed which is behind the rear panel inside oven.
The element is around £40.
If you’re going to have a go, make sure it’s disconnected from the supply first :zap:
It’s not an expensive repair though generally so if you’re not confident in tackling it please don’t, check for an engineer near you by checking repairs@ and the directories.

Thamks for the information Dave. Unfortunately there was no one listed in the @repairs or directories for my area.
If the part is £40.00, how much would you expect the labour to be?

That’s the impossible question……… Your repairer will certainly bill you for an hours work – the rate itself will vary widely across the country; London prices will be considerably higher than up here in Leeds say.
If there is no UKW repairer in your area, look for DASA, Fair Trades, or Trading Standards logos, or seek a local recommendation. Assuming satisfaction, tell them to sign up to UKW!
