Probably a long shot, but this machine doesn’t let the softener through.
Its got 2 neons on the soap box handle to let you know when its running out of fluid – it has tanks in the drawer to last for several washes- bleeding stupid idea if you ask me , surely the stuff would go off?
The lamps should stay lit & only flash when running low , but they only light when you shut the drawer momentarily
Took the lid off , no obvious faults,ie loose cables etc.( pcb at the back that possibly controls this procedure, not sure really.)Probably tell them to go back to Siemens, unless anyone here can help.
