    Any help to get into diagnostics on these machines
    Tried the error codes thread but no luck

    there are 2 machines with the same model

    only the prod codes change they are both labelled eco


    second machine is

    prod code 7110843600

    ECOWMB81445LW-1 Beko 8kg WM White

    the manual is 6Mb don’t think I can pm that but if it is that one will try emailing it

    i have a problem with the same machine when you try to set a program it just flashes 28 the end and wont do anything any advice on fault or how to access codes welcomed.

    We have one doing the same,wont let you access diagnostics at all.
    we seem to be having issues with the BLDC motor style machines with locking up,Beko tech say the machine isn’t registering the fill, then someone else at Tech says carry out a factory reset on the board and leave for 2 hours…
