    Can anyone help.
I have a Paul Bocuse Rosiers cooker, it is old but hardly used.
I think it was registered as a 1997 model. Do have the plaque with all its details.
The fan on the LHS oven appears to have stopped working and both ovens last night looked like the top elements were the only things working even though it was switched on to normal 180 setting.
I can not find anyone to come out and look and see what is required we are based in central scotland.

Has anyone had a similar experience or indeed know of engineers that will come to these appliances?

    Hi

Easy way to test which elements are working.. turn the oven on with the door open and the shelves taken out.

after a couple of minutes quickly touch the base of the oven in the centre. If this is not getting warm but the top element is then it will need a base element.

On the R/H oven take out the roller unit which will show you the bottom element.. do the same again but don’t touch as this one gets red hot if working.

There are two types of Rosiers Fan assisted oven which is conventional with a push button to operate the fan next to the oven switch and a true fan oven which has a round element round the fan motor.

    R/H is conventional .
