Neff Double Oven Fault

    Our Neff double oven does not heat up fully on the fan setting. We have already replaced the thermostat and the switch but this has not fixed the fault. It heats up fully on other settings, but when used on the fan assisted setting it gets a little bit warm but not up to temperature. Hoping someone can suggest which part to replace next. Many thanks in advance.

    The most likely fault would be the fan oven element.

    Thanks Dave, the Enr number is U1461N2GB. I’ve tried to add it to my original post, not sure if that’s worked. I’m new to this.

    Almost certainly (as Dave suggests) the fan element (Part no: 00499003) will need replacing.

    Thanks Martin, we’ve checked it and it’s not heating up. New part now ordered from Whitegoods.

    Apologies, just found this and wanted to say thanks as I’ve run into the exact same issue and this thread helped resolve. Don’t think there’s anything this forum can’t do.
