Hi there fault is not heating the water,Heater unit was replaced but still no joy. With the heater unplugged i tested the connector and it has 240v present during the heat cycle. I have put the model number on Indesit web site too see if it has a seperate temperature sensor or cutout but according to them they dont list it.Has anyone else had the same problem, any help would be appreciated :eeek:

Moved to correct forum, you are listed as trade but posted your question in the public forums.
The pcb is a strong contender for your fault, don’t have the manual for this machine but a lot of them are switched in the neutral so having a live feed to the heater is only half of the circuit.

Was the displaced heater tested for continuity/resistance?

Listed on Partfinder, no sign of any other temp sensor or cut out on the diagram or parts list.

Thanks for looking it up,so another product Indesit wont list probably because of reliability issues
