    Hi,

Inherited this model whenever bought the house 5 years ago, and don’t have instruction manual. Visited Bosch support but the model number didn’t return any matches.

Machine has started to leak from the base. I’ve taken off the lower panel and there is clearly the filter access. The filter turns about 30 degrees but does not come out. I guess question is how far should the filter twist and how hard should I pull it to get it out? And at what point should I start to unscrew things to access the filter assembly?

My suspicion is that the leak and the stuck filter could be related ….

cant find this model on bosch there seems to be an LG with similar number

    but

if the filter wont unscrew more than half a turn it means there is a hairclip or something like jamming it. to clear it you will have to take off the hose from the drum to the filter and remove the obstruction to enable it to be extracted
