    Hi,

    We have had same problem for about 3 months now, about once a week.
    The alarm will go off. So we turn the alarm off, put the boost on, turn the temp control to full coldest setting, then leave it for about an hour or so, or longer.
    Then everything seems ok, so put the temp setting back again and all is well until next time.
    We did turn it off for 24 hours to give a complete defrost also.
    Any ideas please?

    5 years ago we had a different problem in that the fridge wasn’t cooling properly all of the time. An engineer came and according to his receipt he fitted a sensor kit 9590142.

    Possibly a faulty sensor or a fault on the defrost system.

    Hi Tim,
    Are there any of the green display blocks flashing in sequence with the supercool button light when it alarms.

    Hi Tony & All,

    Thanks for replies.

    We can’t remember if the green block lights were flashing or not.
    But will look next time the alarm goes and let you know.
