I deduced that the original timer was faulty, as power is getting to the unit but not working. However, I have renewed the timer and it remains dead. There are only two lives, and three neutral connections related to the timer, and I’m unsure where to check next… Kind regards, jonty February 24, 2017 at 7:19 pm #445561 jontymoxParticipant Re: Britannia SI-11XGC-SLK-K Range Oven Timer Dead Is it difficult/possible to power up the timer to ensure the new unit is not dud? Seriously struggling with this problem… jonty February 24, 2017 at 9:10 pm #445562 SWERVParticipant Re: Britannia SI-11XGC-SLK-K Range Oven Timer Dead I would check the connections on the terminal block. I had one that was exactly the same and it turned out to be a poor contact in the terminal block.
