SGS45E62GB/64hi there i have the above dishwasher and as the post heading says its not emptying at end of program. the pump is OK, i have operated via a red float level on side of machine, and it emptied fine, so assume its the program its self that is not sending the command to start the empty? If some one can point me in the right direction it would be a great help.

Most likely reason is that the pump is worn and needs replacing. That it appears to drain out fine with the red float manual intervention but when it attempts to drain very hot rinse water it seizes up.
The other possibility is that the drain outlet is partially restricted somewhere along its route causing the program to ‘time out’. It only has some 60 seconds to drain so any restriction can result in the effect you are experiencing.
