I have the above model dishwasher which no longer runs a full cycle. It turns on, waits a bit and then starts this on off pumping cycle which repeats.

I’ve taken the side panel off. Here’s a video -https://youtube.com/watch?v=uRnVKPexbQ8

I’ve read about faults with whirlpool flow meters. Could this be the fault here or something else? Any parts I should check?

    Many thanks for any advice.

As I say this is a long shot but judging by the fault your in with a chance

see your picture below. item with an arrow feeds the board with power. change it and see what happens, if you feel like soldering

the only thing I don’t know is the distance between the leads on yours. the replacement is 27.5mm

    Re: Whirlpool ADG 450 fault

Pleased you’ve come back with a suggestion like this – was hoping you might! I’ve checked the pitch of the existing capacitor and it is also 27.5mm so I’ll go ahead and order that and give it a go. If I can fix this for a quid that would be great. Will report back in due course (going on holiday soon so may be after that). Thanks
