I Would welcome some advice on the fridge part of this fridge freezer which is freezing at the bottom and warm at the top. I think the fan is not working. How do I remove the panel at the back of the interior to investigate? I cant see any fixings. The service number is 9988356/03.

Hi James look at the bottom of the cover underneath. There may be 2 T15 torx screws there. You’ll have to pull the divider out too.
Also, roughly halfway down the cover at either side, should be little white plastic caps that come off revealing more T15 torx screws.
Be careful pulling the cover away from the evaporator as there is a connector for the fan and also sensors in there.Cheers.
