ParticipantMy two year old AEG FAVORIT55500WO dishwasher has started to discharge water through the flood prevention tubes into the tray, operating the float switch. The door seals look to be clean and supple and the filters are clean.
I have dried the tray and run the machine on a 30 min cycle, it appears to fill normally, but as soon as it starts to wash, water runs out of the above tubes putting the fault code 30 on the display and draining the machine.
I am at a loss to diagnose the problem and would very much like your help.July 24, 2017 at 11:38 pm #449155electrofix

will need the pnc number to check but a lot of these units are subject to a modification on the pressure switch that controls water height

Where would I find the pic number? The only numbers I can find are on the label on the back that says:
DATA
04-04-2014. 08:52
NR L:01
SN:0000446896
The only other number is on the side of the label and is 214July 25, 2017 at 8:11 am #449157electrofix

there is normally a label on the door
have found it but there are 10 with the same model number
the attachment is from pnc number 911516142 / 02
I would assume it covers the whole range so check your sump to see if its been modded

Hi, one further question.
Once all the componants are installed, how do I carry out a line test to calibrate the correct parameters of the pressure sensor.
Do I need any special equipment?July 26, 2017 at 4:38 pm #449162electrofix

the one I fitted worked first time but other people have talked about putting water in so when the machine pumps out first it will realise its empty
I would try it and see
