Hi.
Does someone know the difference between timers on wm machines .
Wm62 for instance can have 904 2425 03 or 2440 04.
I see 04 timer fits wm 52,62,64 etc.
So what is difference in 01 ,02 03,etc timers .
I have 2 wn62 machines ,1000 spin.One has a 2425 03 single triac, the other has 2440 04,. 2 triacsRe: hotpoint timers

The replacement timer for all WM’s (digital) is 1603787. There were variations, but they were interchangeable, although the wash programs might have slight differences. The replacement motor for all of them now is Digi FHP 800/1200, part number 1604822. And yes, that means that you can soup any of them up to 1200 rpm

Is this strictly true??
The early 410/415 digital timer, 1601603 for a WM11 for instance, have PCB’s with connections for full size spade terminals ( two white wires ) at the front top edge of the PCB as well as at the bottom front edge, also completely different connections along the bottom edge to the 1603787.
As far as I am aware there has been no ‘conversion kit’ for these early 410/415 units.however I stand to be corrected. 🙂
