hi all. when i put a main tester on the casing or inside of drum im getting a live reading
i am using the screwdriver type that you put thumb on and it lights uphoover condenser dryer model TC650
Hi can any one help, i need a wiring diagram for timer unit because i put new belt on and 2 wires came off

although neon screwdrivers will almost light up on nothing I would double check the machine is earthed properly

getting hold of this type of tech info these days is very hard. you have to be an approved agent to have access and are not allowed to share the info
so you may struggle

Posts merged, you don’t mention if the ‘apparent’ current leakage occurred before or after your attempted repair?

Hi it started tripping trip switch so i checked and found mains filter had gone and so i decided to give clean and new belt, then to my horror seen 2 loose wires come off timer 1 is blue and 1 has 2 wires white and brown, i could see where they come from by the pins showing discolouration but i don’t no which way round they should be and the machine starts up either way, the blue wire is live untill its on as i tested the wires and thats how i found i was getting a feed from earth
