    Model number AKZ451/X/01 858545115070 Type FCSM6.

    Hello,

    I’ve got the above whirlpool built in oven. It was working fine last week, but when I came to use it this week it won’t heat up. When I try to use the oven, the fan kicks in but it doesn’t heat up. Grill and cooker top work fine. I’ve tried switching it off at the mains and re-setting the clock, but to no avail.

    Please help.

    first thing to check is the element. if its failed it will act exactly like your symptoms

    but there are other things that can cause this although the element is most liklely

    this is where it get technical

    to check it you need a multimeter to check if its open circuit (broken)

    or change it and hope for the best
