Inital error 3 beeps, due to perished drain pump rubber union, this has been replaced and all water removed. Dishwasher fills ok but now has the 2 beep error.
After filling I reset the cycles and started again to check draining.2 Beeps after about 5 mins.
No sound from pump.
Drain Pump Motor runs when not on the machine but has stuck once.
Sump all cleaned out, no blockages or debris
Drain pump motor resisitance: 180ohm
Measured voltage on pump termials without pump 70V.
Motor not running, I supect a power possible power / supply problem.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this.
Regards

drain pumps wear as they get older. these pumps need water in them to start properly so cant be tested properly off the machine. when they fail at first it can be intermittent but if the pump is getting power and not starting on the machine with water in then its need replacing

Hello electrofix,
Thank you for your reply.
The dishwasher waits for 5 minutes on startup and there are no signs of the pump trying to pump/start, then I get the 2 beep error.
I have check continuity of the cables through all wring back to the board.and there are no problems.
There is 40V shown across the pump cables.
If I connect the pump to mains volts it drains.
I think the problem could be the control board but cannot see any visible errors with components or soldering.
Are there any sensors which may stop the pump starting?January 22, 2018 at 10:10 am #453225electrofix

was worth a try. was wondering what sort of power supply the unit had as some cause problems but this is not one of them
looks like it may need a new board to sort it
part number shows as 97391163 92 28-03 / 1
but I cant see it on any supplier.
you could try http://www.qer.biz/servReps.htm
and see if they repair this board
