Hoping someone can help with this please, been out to belling model number (bi90efr) 444443724 s/n 60902859 the pop out control knobs have pushed back out or the fascia looks like their held in place by a plastic collar which has broken away, having real problems finding out what I need, Qualtex as sent me a line drawing but it’s nothing like this, I’ll try and put a couple of pics as attachments

the knob is held on because it pushes on to the shaft of the control unit
has the knob that fell off got a small metal or plastic stub sticking out of it
then you need the control switch

No the Knobs ok, it’s the plastic ring the knob sits in, which would also fix into the fascia, the whole units are falling into the top of the oven.

its not unusual for the shaft of the switch (arrowed) to snap off and be stuck in the knob
I cannot see the end of the shaft in either picture and I would expect to see the end in the front panel picture
if unsure put a picture on of the back of the knob

Nothing wrong with the knob or shaft, the whole unit, selector and knob has pushed back through the Bezel, Qualtex have just got back to again with a part number for a plastic bezel 083469300 special order but no picture so I’m hoping it’s right.

ask them to email parts breakdown to you so you can see where the part fits
sounds like a cheap bezel if its snapped it most of the time I expect these to be a metal part
can see more of what you mean now even the knob next to the one that’s off is out of line so its the whole control support bracket
