Anyone know what F15 error is on these tumble dryers?
I know they are basically Whirlpool but cant find any usefull details.
I have tested the usual, heater, toc, pump and the motor does run, fault comes on after a few minutes.

    Thanks in advance

Should be able to find out but not at home for a few days. If nobody has checked will try to remember to look

F11 to F19 is listed as:

MCU failure (only for BPM motors) or BPM motor failure (BPM motor only).

Switch off/on appliance. check wiring from ACU to motor. Apply service reset procedure.

    Reset Procedure:
Safety failures can be reset after the failure in the machine is corrected by the following procedure:
Within 10 seconds the following sequence must be performed:
    a) turn selector switch in 6 o’clock position (down)
    b) push “start” button three times.
    c) turn selector one position CW (airing program)
    d) push “start” button three times

Turns out to be the motor, really showed up on the test program
Motor from Hotpoint £232.92, Connect £199 + VAT to me.

These motors look similar to what’s fitted in some Beko autos.
Not like the good old induction motor prviously fitted to dryers but now a cheep looking permament magnet style with a control board installed.

    New dryer = £293
I have suggested they get in touch with Hotpoint

    Thanks again Jem and Dave
