    Guys, this is a modded model
    just after a little advice.
    Went to use it and thetdrum drum didn’t turn
    Took washing out and tried again and it worked
    With the side off, if I put a little pressure on the drum it cannot start but tries to till I let go.
    Once turning I cannot stop it with my hand just slow it down.
    I’m going with a start capacitor in my mind but just seeing what you all think?
    There is quite some residual heat coming from the motor at the end of my testing, is this normal?

    Capacitor fitted is 4 connector 8uF

    Sounds like a normal capacitor fault. The motor will get quite warm if capacitor is failing.

    Just to feedback that the cap change worked like a charm and we are back in business.
